Heather Tobin

Heather graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2015. She worked in a busy family practice for 7 years before leaving to join PrimeHealth+ in 2024. She is very excited to be working with D51 students and staff at Central High School Warrior Wellness Center. She is passionate about providing quality care to her patients and building strong relationships. She is very excited to continue caring for the adolescent population and school staff. Heather grew up here in the Grand Valley and loves reading, playing with her pets and being outdoors.
