Grand Junction

Since 1988, Marillac, now PrimeHealth+, has proudly served the Grand Junction community. We provide a full range of primary and preventive healthcare services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services at our clinics and serve about 16,000 patients each year, one-third of which are children. In August 2025, PH+ opened a new, larger clinic that will better serve our community, with the capacity to add care for an extra 3,000 patients each year.

PH+ currently has 2 clinics in Grand Junction that provide a selection of services, and you may visit the clinic that best suits your needs. To become a patient, simply fill out and submit our paperwork here. When our new main clinic opens, care will transition from our 6ᵗʰ Street location to that clinic. We also offer integrated health clinics inside 2 high school sites that provide care to students and staff at those schools who elect to become patients.

Each of our locations welcomes patients with Medicaid, Medicare and Medicare Advantage, or commercial insurance, and those who are uninsured or underinsured. PH+ is in-network with nearly every insurance company.
