New Health Center Opening September 2025!
Our new health center at 526 29 ½ Road north of the Mesa County Workforce Center will replace our current location at 2333 N. 6ᵗʰ Street and house our administrative staff. The size and layout of the new building will increase our capacity to provide services to an additional 3,000+ patients. All other Marillac/PrimeHealth+ locations will remain open.
We have secured most of the funding to pay for this project. Although we can finance the remaining amount, there are costs associated with that, and we’re committed to stewarding our income to the maximum benefit of our patients and community.

Big Help for Little Teeth
Created in 2024, this program is a compassionate fund to help PrimeHealth+’s youngest patients recover from the pain and distress of dental disease. Pediatric dental hardship cases are urgent situations that involve a youngster (most often 3-6 years old), with advanced oral disease whose family lacks dental insurance and/or the financial resources to pay for treatment. Big Help for Little Teeth provides a new beginning, a fresh start, to children who, through no fault of their own, are experiencing serious physical, emotional, and social impacts from oral health disease. Support is based entirely on funding availability, so your generous financial contribution ensures children will receive the swift, safe dental surgery they need to return to full health. The financial success of this program is achieved through:
- Discounted services from all 3 providers (PH+, surgical facility, & anesthesiologist)
- Families contributing to the cost of their dental surgery and follow-up care
- The Big Help for Little Teeth fund, which covers one-half to two-thirds of the overall cost per child

In-School Wellness Centers Hardship Fund for Teens
Our in-school wellness centers at Central High School and Grand Junction High School provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services to all students and staff of those schools. Wellness Center patients have access to caring professionals on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Although we bill insurance when possible, many students are uninsured. At our wellness centers, the inability to pay is never a barrier to care. Donations to this fund offset the cost of providing care for students who otherwise could not afford regular care. For some students, our wellness centers are the sole source of medical, dental, and behavioral health services.

Annual Edesia Wine Pairing Dinner & Expo
Each spring at Palisade’s Wine Country Inn, we usher in the season with a two-day fundraiser celebrating local culinary, wine, and spirits producers/vendors. All proceeds benefit PrimeHealth+.
Our Saturday evening Wine Pairing Dinner is a delightful way to enjoy the skills of an executive chef and local wine vendors in an elegant setting. Wine Dinners feature food and drink inspired by the overall theme of each year’s Edesia adventure.
Our Sunday Edesia Expo is a more casual experience, bringing together dozens of local culinary, wine, and spirits vendors to showcase their delicious food and drink. (By ‘showcase’, we mean ‘provide many, many samples of’.) Join in the festive atmosphere and enjoy the wares of both up-and-coming vendors and familiar favorites.
For information and tickets, visit the Edesia website.
