Brooke Dager

Brooke joined the organization in July 2025. She has over 20 years of nursing experience in a variety of areas including critical care, dialysis, and surgical recovery. Brooke holds both Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licenses. She received her doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. Brooke specializes in patients (of all ages) with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. She also enjoys working with patients who struggle with substance use and chronic pain. When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband and/or dogs in the mountains hiking or on the water paddle boarding or kayaking.
